Xenophobic attacks started again in Durban, South Africa. Foreigners are being violently assaulted. Soon, they will start killing foreign nationals again. This evil, barbaric behaviour needs local & international intervention before it’s too late. @CyrilRamaphosa @_AfricanUnion

Illegal immigration is straining our cities, overwhelming housing, services, and local economies. We need stronger border control, proper documentation, and strict law enforcement in order to protect our communities and rebuild our cities and have them work for South Africans first. #MarchAndMarch

Accused number six, Brigadier Patrick Nethengwe, has requested that his passport be returned to him should he be granted bail, citing that his wife resides in Zimbabwe 🇿🇼
Nethengwe submitted that, in the event of an emergency, he may need to travel urgently to Zimbabwe to attend to his wife. However, his legal representative indicated that, should the court decline this request, they would have no objection to surrendering the passport to the authorities 📘
The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) stated that it does not oppose the request in principle, but proposed that the passport be held by the investigating officer. It further suggested that, should the accused need to travel, he must first comply with prescribed terms and conditions, after which the passport may be released to him for a specific trip. Upon his return, he would be required to hand it back to the investigating officer within 24 hours.
[ In 2018, Brigadier Nethengwe was convicted of culpable homicide ]

@Abramjee Let's begin here, How did a foreigner from Ireland ended up in charge of the criminal justice system of SA? How did he become so filthy rich to a point of owning half of St Helena without any formal education?
I don't have an evidence but Paul O'Sullivan is a Spy

I imagine there are a lot of dishonest people in parliament, state owned companies, government departments and the criminal justice system, that would be absolutely delighted to see all anti-corruption NGO’s and NPC’s shut down. I remember when I gate crashed the Interpol Conference in Marrakesh in 2007, and witnessed Jackie Selebi, then global President of Interpol, making his keynote address on the actions that needed to be taken to stamp out police corruption in the world. Ironically, he made that address, whilst wearing a twenty thousand Rand suit, supplied to him by the corrupt Glann Agliotti. The feeling I had then, was the feeling I got whilst being verbally abused and insulted by your captured committee members. All Selebi did was make me more determined to see him off to prison. You can be sure I will now focus on more members of parliament. The criminal, Vincent Smith, might be the first MP, we have opened a case against that ended up in prison where he belongs. You can be sure; he will not be the last! Selebi was the first corrupt general I went after, that ended up in prison where he belonged. You can be sure; he will not be the last!
The people of this country, deserve a police service that works for them, not a police service that is trapped in greed and corruption and prefers to work with criminals, instead of against them.
I make no excuses for sending out distasteful or rude e-mails ten years ago. I make no excuse if any of you find this e-mail distasteful or rude. When dealing with evil people, like Phahlane and his many accomplices, one has to use exceptional methods, to take them down. Politeness and smiles, does not stop evil. Whatever may be thought of my e-mails to Phahlane ten years ago, it worked, he’s on trial for his half billion Rand corruption and the taxpayer has less of a burden. Fighting corruption is not a personality contest, it’s about taking on evil and risking your life. I don’t pussy foot around with people that are evil.
Like Zuma, Phahlane has been good at dragging out his trial, which should have been finalised years ago.
Those delays to Phahlane’s trial, and how they came about, would be something very useful the committee could have done, instead of inviting him to come and lie through his teeth, along with his accomplice Nkabinde and treat them both as guests of parliament.
The ad-hoc committee of parliament has demonstrated that it has an able-bodied element of dishonest members who prefer to protect criminals in the criminal justice system, by scapegoating Paul O’Sullivan and anyone connected to me.
It would be very useful and help figure out who is behind the manipulation of your committee, to get a list of all witnesses, and alongside each witness name, list the name of the committee member that suggested calling that witness. This will help show which way the wind has been blowing from. I even believe this information should be published, so the whole country can see where the wind has been blowing from. Do the same for a list of witnesses that were NOT called and work out who prevented them from being called. The true manipulation will emerge.
It’s no good sitting until two in the morning, if the time is being spent protecting criminals. The people of this country, save for the many supporters of the criminal element in the police and parliament, have seen through the pathetic red herring, created by the abusive members of parliament on the ad-hoc committee. It’s time they were outed and put to explain their disgraceful conduct, since their friend Mkhwanazi lied to the people of this country on 6 July 2025.
I record that I attended parliament voluntarily, l and was treated by the ill-disciplined members amongst you, as a criminal, white supremacist, spy and continually subjected to gross abuse and vitriolic treatment. Put simply, those members reduced your gathering to nothing more than a kangaroo court, with pre-determined outcomes in mind…”

Paul ‘O Sullivan has written to Ad Hoc Committee. Here are some extracts from his letter:
“I have been informed that the Secretary of the Ad-Hoc Committee did not share my e-mail of 09 March 2026, with the committee. I therefore do so.
I’m exercising my Constitutional right of freedom of speech. Some of you may find the words below hurtful. Truthful, but hurtful.
In the meantime, the conduct, of the MK Party, clearly intended to defend criminals, continues unabated.
MK Party feel free to make media releases, with their defamatory lies, and do so, in order to distract attention away from their founder, who is perhaps the biggest criminal ever seen in South Africa. There can be no doubt that Mr Zuma and his family and their illegal immigrant friends, stole the future of the poorest of the poor in South Africa. Everyone knows this, except the MK Party members and their supporters.
It is clear to me that the narrative of MK Party, and their accomplices in other minority parties, (in particular the vitriolic Action SA member) is to create a massive red herring and fraudulently and intentionally misrepresent that I: -
1am a spy.
2want to overthrow the government.
3captured IPID, despite only ever opening one or two dockets with IPID, 10 years ago.
4am a white supremacist.
All of the above are intentional lies, fabricated by criminals, and pedalled by criminals. I have nothing to hide and deny the above lies with absolute contempt for the people that uttered them, or publish them, whether they are dishonourable members of parliament or not.
MK Party are propagating the lies, to protect criminals, like Nkabinde and Phahlane and those that have captured the criminal justice system. I don’t need to name all of their criminal friends, but some of them were in front of you and were treated like guests of honour.
I am proud of the public interest work I have done in South Africa over the last 36 years, which has resulted in more than a dozen generals, eighteen brigadiers and countless colonels and other ranks, facing criminal charges and losing their jobs. It also includes one Commissioner of Police and one Acting Commissioner of Police, who in the case of the former, was hobnobbing with drug traffickers and murderers and in the case of the latter, was just corrupt to the core, and cost the taxpayer well over half a billion Rand in corrupt expenditure on useless police supplies. Monies are still going out to corrupt police suppliers, and nothing is being done to stop it, as the police’s internal legal department is now run by the previous police minister’s personal advisor. A job he got with no interview.
Apart from doing all the public benefit work for free, I have been prepared to lay down my life for this country, and was shot three times, avoided at least seven other attempts to murder me, by criminals using dirty cops, and have been subjected to multiple false arrests , kidnapping, dragged off a plane and assaulted in front of my children, tortured (as defined in Act 13 of 2013).
And I have also been subjected to unlawful surveillance, phone bugging, and multiple unlawful raids on my offices, all of this by corrupt cops.
My public interest work in South Africa has not been done to ‘capture’ the criminal justice system, as dishonestly implied by MK Party and their accomplices, this work has been done to ‘free’ the criminal justice system from the heavy yoke of corruption, which has bogged it down for over a quarter of a century, since it was taken over by the late Jackie Selebi, and subsequent Zuma appointees, the dregs of which remain in place.
The stated desire on the part of some of your committee members to restrict the ability of private citizens to investigate fraud and corruption, says a lot about the probable outcome of your (captured?) committee’s work.
Next you will be going after investigative journalists, to stop them exposing government sponsored corruption.
