Currently trying to sell my Original Wavemaster Training Bag by Century in front of my house. EVERYBODY looking (BUSY street), not a single person has stopped, yet. Only been out an hr. Don't even want to sell it just assumed it would move fast in a spontaneous pop-up shop.

@DoorDash refuses to refund me for an error their app made. Their app displayed an error message saying my order was not processed. Of course they went ahead and charged my bank for an order they told me had not gone through due to a processing error.

hey @doordash i'm a totally blind user and this new check out page formatting is kind of terrible, nowhere that my screen reader can find does it list my actual order total. and the new tipping options are misleading as to what the dasher will actually get?

I’ll never understand @DoorDash algo for assigning deliveries. Home very sick with the flu and wanted milkshakes. Ordered Arby’s. Order was picked up and then the Dasher goes to a dine-in restaurant and waits 15 minutes to pick up another instead of dropping ours first. 😩

This incompetent @doordash rep got mad that I had to repeatedly explain that the form they emailed me was not the form I needed so she put the call on hold in the middle of me speaking and left the call on hold so I’ll hang up & can’t do a survey on my experience LOL what a joke.

@DoorDash has the worst customer service ever. They delivered 2 out of 6 items. The 2 were sides not the main food and they would only refund 1/2 the cost. It took 12 hours to do that. They have lost my business.

Hey @DoorDash ers- you better check your app. IF you think you qualified for the promo $14 for 7 deliveries- likely, u didn’t. IF DD stacked orders, despite different locations for pick-up and delivery- they considered it just ONE ! Even if several miles apart. Disheartening!

Just canceled my @DoorDash #fastpass due to the HORRIBLE customer service I have received. They charged my CC for a canceled order and REFUSED to give me back my money. Their entire cust/serv staff are rude & incompetent! Bye Bye #doordash hello @UberEats & @Postmates
