@TfL I went to London last night, got train from Wickford Essex at around 6pm, went Tottenham Court Road. I got a return and tapped in from Wickford. I have been charged nearly £50!!! How is that right? Normal price for a ticket would be half that at that time of day?!

If you haven't done so yet, please register your card at contactless.tfl.gov.uk to view your journey and charging history. After registering, you can apply for a refund via the web form by selecting "Contact us about this card" under "Card management." If you need further assistance, please let us know. Thanks ^DD

I just want to say thank you to the staff on the district line on the 1st April at 11.30pm my sister had a seizure on the train at Earl’s Court and all the staff were so lovely and helpful ❤️ @TfL @DistrictLine apologies for causing delays to fellow passengers

@TfL a friend of mine forgot to pay a £4 charge when out with his Father who is ill with cancer.He had a lot on his mind. You sent a Penalty Charge Notice of £90 when driving through the tunnel is £4. If he doesn’t pay it’s £180. How can he pay the £4 & get PCN cancelled? Thanks

The Victoria line is diabolical and has been for the last few hours constantly stopping in the tunnel or platform. There is surely a correlation between paying so much to travel and getting a terrible service @TfL
