PM Modi’s call to his citizens: Prioritise Work from Home. Don’t buy Gold for one Year. Travel by Metro, send parcels by rail, avoid car to reduce usage of petrol and diesel. Reduce usage of cooking oil. Reduce usage of Chemical fertiliser by half and move towards Natural farming. Don’t use branded products from foreign countries. Basically he’s saying: I’m not responsible for anything; I’m not doing anything. It’s upto you guys to handle these testing times and save yourselves!

Curious - Why do Indian kitchens not have ACs? Have you ever seen one? Yesterday I saw my cook struggling in the heat. Turning on the fan disturbs the stove flame. That's when I wondered why I had never put an AC in the kitchen.

Why is it that actual human jobs like baker, florist, teacher, and childcare worker barely pay a livable wage, while fake jobs like AI specialist bootlicker, marketing campaign parasite, and synergy consultant are pulling six figures?

In India, the Tax paid to the Government is like a dead body taken to the crematorium. It will not come back to you in any form. Government denies quality schooling, quality healthcare, quality Infra, clean air, clean water. Bottomline: We are on our own. Save for the rainy day. Save as much as you can. Save in Inflation beating assets, buy private health insurance, buy term insurance. Avoid taking large loans to buy expensive (depreciating) assets

@Amara_Bengaluru India is a poor country having 80 crore people still relying on ration provided by the government and the number of tax payers are quite low so the government chooses to divert the tax money to fund freebies which will keep them in power.

Looking at the remarkable success of Iran's tech in missiles, drones, infrared tracking etc, I am convinced it's because they don't have a stock market. Their engineers build real products instead of food & lipstick apps for 500x PE. India's real teji will start when India has a 5-10 year bear market, and people go back to building real businesses instead of the fluff that gets billions of dollars of mkt cap these days.

I disagree. The worst thing is to born in an earlier era. No matter how bad Trump’s USA and Modi’s India are, they are way better than the most enlightened countries just 5000 years ago. Very likely, no matter how bad the worst society 5000 years later will be, it will give a better life to the bottom x% than the most privileged today.

To all the trolls in my DM and replies : I did not move to Dubai. I was literally spawned in Dubai, i.e, I was born there. I lived a very comfortable life and had access to the best healthcare system, best education system, best infrastructure and the list is endless. Thanks to the government’s initiative to promote Entrepreneurship and Coding, I was able to build a bunch of apps and even experiment with startup ideas in mt early teens. And to those calling me a Slave/Toilet Cleaner Cleaner, I run a company whose products are being used by millions globally. I might no longer live in the UAE however I will always be thankful and will always stand by the nation during its tough times. And it’s the UAE that kickstarted my journey of entrepreneurship and building/coding. I live in India now and visit the UAE very often. And Emiratis are the most kindest and down to earth humans you will ever meet. So please don’t mock the UAE in my DMs or replies. I will always stand by the UAE and will say this, it’s one of the best nations on Earth. Long UAE 🇦🇪
