The new licence makes interesting reading. Section 17 imposes a 5 watt erp limit on data stations. That’s gonna upset FT8 fans! This new and rather odd restriction seems to be the only major down side. @ofcom @theRSGB

@MM0OPX Doubt it’s the WiFi if using the hotspot is okay. Trying pinging the local router up to see if you have any drops to rule it out.

Anyone make head nor tail of this packet loss I am seeing? It occurs using my home BT bradband (wifi) but not when wifi tethering the computer to my phone and using it as a mobile hotspot. The packet loss is every 30 seconds religously.

@m0taz I have one. Logs need to be below 20% moisture to burn correctly. Key is to get the flue warm quickly and get the air control correct.

Very disappointed, buy a log burner they said! Firstly it's difficult to get them to fit, and secondly they don't burn very well! #sendhelp
