So @amazon erroneously flags my account for “unauthorized activity” and cancels my orders. After contacting customer service on multiple occasions, my account is “reinstated” (whatever that means) but my orders are not…

@AmazonHelp The account specialists that I spoke to told me there was nothing they could do, company policy, etc. Point is, Amazon screwed up canceling the orders and now I have to pay more if I want the same things.

So now I have to: - Lookup and re-order everything from scratch (they were large orders with lots of items) - Get everything much later - Pay hundreds extra for the same things But, it was for my “protection”. @amazon, most customer-centric company in the world… sure.

I contact customer service again and eventually am put through to an “account specialist” who offers me no solution other than basically “oh well, shit happens, can’t do anything for you”…
