Just walked a 2 mile with dad and wife while dad was at work on lunch break. The little things in life mean everything. Appreciate time with your family til you can’t.

6 years ago we were in lockdown. We lost more Americans in those times than we should have. We were at risk because we are an unhealthy people. We chose to do something to help inspire Americans to become healthier. We made Commit 250. Fit for the 4th!
