@erikyoung1121 @MikeMcMahonCHN You seem to care a lot about it for some reason. Good thing is the general public cares about both of our opinions equally!
English

@erikyoung1121 @MikeMcMahonCHN They aren't ready for the college game *as it stands today*, that includes 27 year olds, at 18. But if the eligibility changes, the sport will too. Why are 16 yo's able to play with 21 yo in the CHL but 19 yo's can't play with 24 yos in college. The former is a bigger difference.
English

@danwind0310 @MikeMcMahonCHN You’ve never coached hockey, and it shows. If you did you’d understand that most kids aren’t ready for the college game until the age of 20-21.
English

@erikyoung1121 @MikeMcMahonCHN That feels needlessly angry. Isn't the entire point of having kids in college writ large is to experience it during their physical, social, emotional development years? Wouldn't it be good to have eligibility coincide with that timeline?
English

@StevenTDennis @davidsirota I wish & hope this is true, but it is unequivocally FALSE. Been hearing stuff like this for my entire life. There is no money in the cure - period.
English

@erikyoung1121 @MikeMcMahonCHN So they’ll fully develop while in college? Seems like the goal!
English

@MikeMcMahonCHN Need the NHL to help with this. Need them to explain how a hockey player isn’t fully developed until 21 and it’ll hurt the sport as a whole. Marty Walsh would cave if the league talked to him
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender Also wouldn’t describe myself as benevolent, fairly neutral. Donate money to the less fortunate, but still have eyes on my own goals.
English

@danwind0310 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender Yes you are so benevolent as you profit off of warfare and women and children in Iran are suffering and there are also people on the street you step over every day
English

According to the Wall Street Journal, citing U.S. officials, U.S. President Donald J. Trump has told his aids to prepare for an extended U.S. blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. Per the report, President Trump sees pulling out of the conflict or resuming combat operations against Iran as far more risky than continuing to blockade vessels traveling to and from Iranian ports. This news follows reporting that the intelligence community was given direction to assess the risk of declaring a unilateral victory and pulling back from the conflict.

English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender Lol you’re not putting me in a corner at all! Happy to discuss issues! Hard to respond to like 8 tweets in 30 seconds though!
English

@danwind0310 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender I'm A working class person who organizes with other Working Class People.
I understand that you are the one who is right and me asking you questions is put you in your own ideological corner
Do you have any integrity like at all?
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender But I agree, we should vastly reform medicare and social security, completely reform public education, and put people on a path to prosperity.
The public union led cursing of children in poor neighborhoods to poverty through poor schools is the civil rights movement of our age.
English

@danwind0310 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender Can you explain how you have such benefits but yet there are mothers who have to work more than two jobs and yet never see their children but you have a nice career?
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender Are you one of those people or are you just using them as a puppet? Our mental and substance abuse issue either everyone (veterans or not) where we leave them on the street is a scourge of society.
English

@danwind0310 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender Because there are veterans with no legs who live on the streets who actually went to war why you have a nice job and you have good relations with your little boss.
What kind of work do you actually do since you have a good job do you have a nice college education that you have?
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender Deferred benefit. It’s like a 401k. A squirrel money away that I can’t touch for 30 years. Does it negatively affect my spending ability now? Absolutely! Does it create a greater long term benefit? Absolutely!
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender I benefit from a lack of even hire prices from a more powerful Iran later.
Like all investment, short term sacrifices lead to better long term opportunities.
Glad to hear you’re not currently homeless!
English

@danwind0310 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender Hey bro I never even been to college like you I'm just asking you basic questions on how you benefit from capitalism.
I've been homeless so I want to hear how you benefit from high gas prices and inflation since you support war with Iran
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender By having smaller wars before they becoming bigger wars. It’s like forestry management. Small controlled fires to prevent massive wildfires. The cost of relative world peace.
English

@danwind0310 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender There are literally over 700,000 homeless people living in America and yet you support a war with Iran for the rich ruling class.
So how do you benefit from this war homie?
You're the one who's right and I'm wrong answer these questions intellectual Superior
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender I work for a boss.
I get paid an agreed on wage and can (and have!) moved to a new job when unsatisfied with my previous one! (hell year free will employment!)
It’s good to have an abundance economy where you’re better off lower middle class than upper middle in Europe!
English

@danwind0310 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender LOL 😂
Bro, do you own a business or do work for a boss?
I'm working class because I work for a boss.
I happen to do blue collar work.
So now answer the question?
Since you are right and I'm wrong.
I'm trying to see how you can explain yourself
Lol
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender What class am I from? The fuck is this, India? I’m American, which makes me richer than basically everyone else on Earth.
English

@danwind0310 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender What class are you from and please explain your political ideology?
I want to see how you benefit from imperialism?
pleas explain yourself?
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender That’s fine. You can stand by being wrong. Pretty much your whole timeline anyway.
English

@Dr_Marxist_27 @tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender There’s not political will in the country to too aggressive a campaign. But this is a solid medium of effective, draining them of their funds, and not flashy with explosions to draw general US public attention.
English

@tmo_melonmaster @sentdefender More like he's too much of a coward to go in and all y'all are just going to surround Iran.
LOL 😂
English

@Brian_Chovanec @bethanyshondark Or would you say that because some others, just not you, want what Trump is doing, that he’s therefore not a king?
English

@danwind0310 @bethanyshondark A king that does what others want isn’t a king. What makes a king a king is that others do what he wants.
English

It’s not funny. It’s one (ceremonial) king and one president. The point of the protests is not that Trump IS a king, but that we must remain vigilant so that he does not effectively become one (with actual power, not just with a ceremonial title as Charles is today). That they (and apparently you) either don’t get this point, or don’t care, shows exactly why such protest periodically is still needed.
English

@Brian_Chovanec @bethanyshondark Lol what the fuck are you talking about? A king is a king based on the idea of absolute power. It has nothing to do about their influence on others. You’re just describing a benevolent king as something good. You also mix doing what *you* want as a good thing.
English
