@DHLParcelUK What is happening with your service. Paid for Next Day Delivery on Monday (11th) and dropped off my parcel. No updates on the tracker, and estimated delivery date is 18th! First and last time I will use your service. Shocking.

@DHLParcelUK @AmazonUK, DHL are holding an item return hostage, and are showing little interest in getting it back to you. The return date has now passed. Are you going to still accept the item? Can you have a word with @DHLParcelUK and get them to pull their finger out?

@DHLParcelUK 8 days so far, and the parcel still has not been picked up on your "Next Day" service. It's an absolute joke. As it's a product return, it may be rejected and I could lose the value of the items due to your failings. Please can you tell me complaints/compensation procedure?

@DHLParcelUK Either way, the parcel is your responsibility and I'll be seeking a full refund. Plus, as the parcel is a product return, I may need to claim for the full value of the package if it arrives outside of its return date. Get it together DHL!

My parcel is still sat in my local shop, having not been picked up by your driver. Either a problem with the shops handling of the parcel, or your driver.

@dhlexpressuk sent a parcel on Monday 11th, Next Day Delivery, now showing as “estimated” delivery date 15th. You know that’s nothing like “Next Day”, right?

@AnglianWater @Ofwat OK Just been on the phone to Environmental Health who have told me to inform you that it is now a public health concern. I appreciate that others are in a similar situation, but you should have infrastructure in place to deal with scenarios like this within a reasonable timeframe

@AnglianWater We have raw sewage rising up in our front garden and you’ve quoted a visit to assess within 48 hours! 48 hours?!?! No one is able to use the toilets or sinks as they’re backing up - what are we meant to do?

@AnglianWater Well, the level of sewage water is rising and the smell is close to unbearable. We are unable to use sinks or the toilet for the worry of it coming back up. I'll be logging details of this and passing them on to @Ofwat .

@drum_cc Hi, really sorry to hear of your situation, unfortunately due to the numerous Water Recycling jobs we are having to attend, our level of service is higher at present, we will attempt to be with you as soon as we can & this may be prior to the 48hrs quoted. Thanks - Rob
