This will largely depend on the vibe you are looking for and hence an individual choice. Here's what we recommend - 1️⃣ Coorg (2-2.5 hr from Kannur airport, direct connections from Mumbai) 2️⃣ Shimla (3.5 hrs from Chandigarh airport) 3️⃣ Mussoorie (1-1.5 hrs from Dehradun airport)

I honestly feel all banks & cards should have heavy annual spend requirements for lounge access There should be no free lunches We don’t deserve it We game the system so bad that it spoils the experience for everyone I can’t remember the countless times I’ve not gone to a lounge, spent 1000 rs on a decent meal outside the lounge because the lounge is infested with people who behave like that’s the first time they’ve seen food & alcohol

EES is a new digital border system launching on October 12, 2025. It will replace manual passport stamps with electronic registration at the external borders of 29 European countries. This is a six-month phased rollout. This means the system will gradually become fully operational across the 29 participating countries until it is fully implemented around April 10, 2026. During the transition, passport stamping will continue alongside the digital recording of biometric data (fingerprints and facial images) to ensure a smoother transition.

₹3,500 for a metal card? Seriously, HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank? It’s just 15–16 grams of metal. Unless it’s 925 silver, there’s no justification for this pricing.

HDFC Bank sending out devaluation notice to HDFC Infinia card holders. 🔁 DCC Fee Markup revised to 1.75%++ from 1%++ Earlier ! 💳 Card Re-issuance Fee • ₹199 - Non-metal cards • ₹3,500 - Metal cards 🤯 and that's all..... although the card replacement fee of 3500 hurts, but if this is the only change, we will happily take it.. no cut in reward rates, no changes in transfer partners ratio, no changes in multiplier caps.. which was expected, this is amazing..

🚨 I had called this even before it went live. And honestly… it was inevitable. But damn, this one HIT HARD. HDFC just dropped a major bomb - and this one HURTS. One of Regalia Gold’s biggest strengths? Lounge access. And they’ve hit right where it hurts the most. 👀 Just 3 domestic lounge visits per quarter - only if you spend ₹60K or more in the previous quarter. 🤯 And in exchange? They’ve added travel perks - but let’s be honest, it feels more like compensation than real value. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Because at the end of the day… lounge access was one of the major reasons people held this card. Here’s what’s changed. 👇🏻 ✈️ Boarding Edge (15th May ‘26 onwards) •Upload your boarding pass on SmartBuy and unlock 2 perks per quarter - - Airport transfers via Uber - Spa access at participating centres - Dining at participating hotels - Room upgrades at participating hotels 🛋️ Domestic Lounges (1st July ‘26 onwards) • 3 per quarter - on ₹60K or more spends in the previous quarter P.S.- International lounge access remains unchanged i.e., 6 visits per year 💳 Rewards • 5 RP per ₹200 - was 4 RP per ₹150 earlier 💰 Fees • 1.75% DCC markup • ₹199 + GST card replacement This isn’t just a devaluation… it feels like a stab in the back. Regalia Gold Devaluation Loading? ⏳ Was casually browsing the rewards redemption portal and noticed something… odd. 👀 There’s now a domestic lounge access spend tracker showing a ₹60K threshold, with the cycle marked as current. Not sure if it’s actually being tracked yet - or what it even means. Could be nothing. Could just be a backend test. But they did something similar earlier with the Infinia spend tracker before the devaluation eventually rolled out. Definitely something to keep an eye on. RIP Regalia Gold already? 🪦 P.S.- I might be mistaken - this might have always existed and never meant anything. Just putting the observation out there.

Came to Novotel Delhi Aerocity to celebrate wife's birthday. @Accor Platinum member. Was promised a Suite and decoration by staff on email. They gave me basic room with no decoration. Called reception from room 3 times, no one picked. @All Here is video of a call not picked in over 100 secs. Even the front desk staff is too slow. Requested for manager multiple times but told he is busy. Please reshare so they improve service. @saketreddy @aman6490 @ankurmittal @SartanparaYash

🚨The inevitable has fallen : Axis removes Accor &voter transfer partners The gossips around Accor removal was widely prevalent for last few months has come to light . Accor along with Marriott & Qatar are no more transfer partners They are replaced by Finnair Plus, Lotusmiles and The British Airways Club. Since Club Marriott is closing for new user effective 1st April, new Bizblack users have an option to choose Accor+ Explorer Membership worth 16K instead of (useless) Club Marriott Membership !!
