Met-up with this lovely guy again last weekend after 6 months. On reflection, no need to alter a word of what I posted back when we first met in Newcastle save to confirm the hope is now a reality. @dommynorth I am so proud to watch you & to know you. Thanks so much, buddy.💜

Special thanks to @dommynorth whom I at last had the enormous privilege of meeting after the show. A fellow northern monkey, my dance hero, a true gent &, I hope, now a friend too.

Harry, Meghan’s Spare
Noticed something interesting… 🤔 Betrayal by Tom Bower has been released, yet MSM (US) coverage has been strangely quiet. For a topic as “controversial” as Harry & Meghan, who usually, always dominate headlines, you’d expect wall-to-wall discussion. Instead… silence. Why so quiet this time?

@mignon_ette_ William & Catherine very definately married for love although Catherine has also proved ideal for her role within the RF & will be a formidable Queen Consort in due course. Harry & Meghan cannot hope to achieve her success.

H saying Will picked Kate based on her "fitting the mold" and not for love, still bothers me bcoz Haz spent a great deal telling us Meg fits the mold since she is great at public speaking & is more used to celebrity/public life & did 'charity' in Africa before. He picked the mold

If you're saying- “I'm one plane crash away from the throne,”?" This has been attributed to Meghan Markle & mentioned in “Spare,” by Harry. This is why rules are made. Prince George can no longer travel on the same airplane as Prince William.

@siobhankennedy4 BBC acting as Judge & Jury it appears. Over-reaction to an 'offence' of which Mills is legally innocent as there was no court case & no conviction. And the BBC knew about it in 2017 but did not act then. It's a real mess of the BBC's own making.

The Metropolitan Police tells me it has not received any new evidence related to the former BBC DJ Scott Mills “At this time, we have not received any additional evidence that would support reopening the investigation. As with any other matter, we will assess new information should it come to light.” Which does beg the question why his contract was terminated by the BBC? @scott_mills @BBCNews @Channel4News

@tomdoorley Whatever the King thinks, the State Visit has been arranged by the Government & Charles has been advised to go on it. He doesn't have a choice. The Government can, of course, withdraw the Visit, if they do not think it appropriate.

@DuchessofGeeks William couldn't just abdicate of his own accord. It would require an Act of Parliament and the drawing-up of the Instrument of Abdication. And, even if W did go, George would be King, even if under 18. Meghan really doesn't know how the Succession works.

Meghan thought that she and Harry would be Queen and King over William and Catherine. I firmly believe that she had a plan in place to discredit W & C to force William to abdicate. The rumors about Rose were probably part of that plan. She quickly realized that was never going to happen. She then pivoted and began Megxit.

@superTV247 Sacked for an 'offence' he is legally innocent of as the case never came to court & there was no conviction. Are the BBC acting as Judge & Jury here? Maybe Mills has a strong case for wrongful dismissal? Unless there is more information to come.

The BBC have finally released an official statement regarding Scott Mills. The BBC shared with The Mirror: "Scott Mills had a long career across the BBC, he was hugely popular and we know the news this week has come as a shock and surprise to many. We also recognise there’s been much speculation in the media and online since Monday. We hope people understand that there is a limit to what we can say because we have to be mindful of the rights of those involved. What we can confirm is that in recent weeks, we obtained new information relating to Scott and we spoke directly with him. As a result, the BBC acted decisively in line with our culture and values and terminated his contracts on Friday 27 March. The BBC has made a significant commitment to improve its culture, processes and standards. Last year, following an independent culture review, we set out the behavioural expectations for everyone who works with or for the BBC and we were clear action would be taken if these were not met. Separately, we can confirm the BBC was made aware in 2017 of the existence of an ongoing police investigation, which was subsequently closed in 2019 with no arrest or charge being made. We are doing more work to understand the detail of what was known by the BBC at this time.”

GROSS. The British monarchy set to cosy up to the pedo President. Why am I not shocked? 🤢 They don't represent us. This is a family that's shown too little accountability (hello, Andrew) while claiming to speak for Britain.🇬🇧 They serve power, wealth, and image more than the people. Time to abolish the monarchy? Agree or missing something? 🤷‍♀️

If, and I accept it is an 'if', #ScottMills has been fired solely for being interviewed by the police, then that is an appalling reversal of the presumption of innocence and he deserves to be reinstated.

I am deeply concerned by the @scott_mills story, following his sacking by @BBC. Mills was allegedly investigated by the Metropolitan Police, with a file handed to the CPS who decided there was insufficient evidence to prosecute. If an individual can be investigated, cleared of prosecution due to insufficient evidence, & still face professional ruin, then we are entering dangerous territory. Institutions must be very careful not to substitute due process with reputational expediency. Justice cannot operate on suspicion alone, nor can fairness be preserved if allegations—untested in a court of law—are treated as proof. We must ask ourselves: are we upholding justice, or quietly dismantling it?

Did you know Princess Margaret was once at the centre of a royal love story that shocked the nation? 👑✨ In the 1950s, she fell in love with Peter Townsend, a divorced man, which caused a huge constitutional dilemma for her sister, Queen Elizabeth II. In the end, Margaret chose duty over love and did not marry him, making it one of the most talked-about royal romances in history. #princessmargaret #royal #royalfamily
