We are grateful for the strong and principled leadership of @GovRonDeSantis and @FLSurgeonGen who have consistently led the way in protecting parental rights and advancing health freedom in Florida. Sadly @Daniel_PerezFL is yet again blocking the medical freedom bill from advancing in the house during special session, just as he did during regular session. This is a total disregard for the legislative process and the voices of Floridians. When a bill passes with broad support in one Chamber but is denied even its first hearing in another chamber, it raises serious concerns about whose interests are truly being served. One doesn't have to look too far to see why. Lobbyist disclosures show the medical freedom bill in the House had over 150 appearances from lobbyists with over 50 principles lobbying against the bill… we can see who @Daniel_PerezFL listens to and it's certainly not the voice of Floridians.
