@modi5908 Same here, I also promised 100 rupees promocode on call, but I don't recieved anything & I also received wrong item, resturant admitted thier mistake and agreed on refund.
@zomato rejected my complaint.
Worst after service & I can't get a call or live chat.
Worst experience with Zomato.
Order #7982989673 (9 April): delayed delivery, food arrived cold. Support refused help, falsely promised ₹70 coupon (never received), and chat was closed before I could reply.
Emailed on 10 April — no response.
