@petermcmath @damccormick13 Interesting. I was at Supply Side West and there was a huge emphasis on products manufactured in the US because of the regulatory environment allaying consumer concerns.

This is somewhat hypocritical but I don't think the ease with which anybody can start and (often times anonymously) run a supplement brand is a good thing.

@adamislucky @damccormick13 No this is all because of DSHEA in 1994 which allowed supplements to be exempt from most FDA drug regulations.

Anyone else noticed that the UTMB race in Whistler initially advertised 100km, 50km, and 25km races ... but the 100km is now a 70km until you look at the small print and it's actually 64km????? Darn, there used to be a super 100km and 100mile course in those mountains!

Sometimes brands make decisions to do product expansion and it is a total fuck up and confuses consumers.. Then sometimes it makes total sense and I can understand clearly why the decision is made to expand.. Lulu.. your move 😳
