@flysaa_care I am really dissaponted by your service. Yesterday you charge me for change of flufht schedule on a flight that is closed. This is a scam . Why do I have to pay for service that is no longer available. I need my money back because the changes were never effected.

I have been asked to speak in Ghana next month and the direct flight is @flysaa_care. After my bad experience do I allow my self to travel with them again? I love my country and I would like to see this airline full in swing but their service and attitude is a no-no.
