blocked so I can’t contact support. I need
manual identity & security review on my original account. All new accounts were auto-deactivated. Please escalate to right team

@Uber left me high and dry today for a ride to the airport. I had a reservation for 520am that was made in advance 12 hours prior and at 520am said we sorry we can’t find a ride for you. No warning especially now with TSA lines as long as they are. Will never use them again.

@Uber stop letting drivers pick up my ride from 20 minutes away. i have to go to work and i didn’t call a wait and save if i needed time to sit here and dig up my ass i would have called a wait and save!!!!!!
@UberUKI_Support I have reached out to ur online support which is ridiculous. They dont read what you've asked and didnt answer my basic question. close the support tickets which disappear from the app.

Hello @Uber I am trying to add my thomas cook forex card but it is showing technical error since yesterday. I have tried 15 to 20 times since yesterday. Please help me as I am stuck in somewhere.
@Uber_Support i overpaid via UPI(cash option) to a driver(I have transaction receipt online) and Uber is refusing to help me. At least please help me connect to the driver and let them transfer me back the balance. Uber is the only middle-man here to help but they’re refusing!

Qué manga de estafadores, ladrones, @Uber_Support@Uber_ARG pago efectivo me figura que el chófer avisa que pagué, me figura deuda que para usa la app tuve que pagar con débito hago 4 reclamos sin novedad escribo por acá y me responden esto y la $ no la devolvieron no sé qué

@Uber me habéis cobrado 0.43€ pq me tuvo q esperar quién? Si había un atasco y tuve que ir andando al punto dónde estaba el vehículo? Él no llegó donde estaba yo, además está la conversación escrita y mi localización. Eso lo ha dicho el conductor o lo determinais vosotros?
