People who say there’s no such thing as “medically necessary abortions” forget that ectopic pregnancies are exactly that. It’s a fertilized embryo which by their standards is a life, but it must be removed or else the mother dies. My sister could’ve died from one.

@ian_bruh1 Again, that’s why I excluded abdominal ectopic pregnancies in my previous response. 95% of ectopic pregnancies are in the fallopian tubes which are 100% unviable and fatal to the mother and embryo. So all fallopian tube pregnancies require medical abortions.

@ian_bruh1 An ectopic pregnancy in the fallopian tubes (which account for 95%) is not a viable pregnancy. It has a 0% chance of survival. The only thing it will do is cause sepsis and kill the mother. There has never been a case of a viable non-abdominal ectopic pregnancy. That’s a fact.
