What is your worst writing habit?
My worst writing habit is passive voice. It became natural over time (I don't know why), and retraining yourself after more than a decade of writing—especially at forty—is harder than it should be.

I had the chance to sit under @scott_redd teaching through Deuteronomy and the Pentateuch last summer. One of the most formative experiences of my four year seminary journey. Dr. Redd is a good man. A scholar’s mind with the heart of a pastor. Remarkable combo.
