We've contacted @MarketingCloud for MONTHS to get a hold of our rep to help us troubleshoot and it's been radio silence. Is that how customer service is supposed to work with @salesforce? Is it too hard to ask for a rep help us your product that we are paying tooth and nail for?

@British_Airways gate displays haven’t updated, flight delayed to 9pm “maybe” yet nobody’s helping us rebook. Only help is a £10 voucher for dinner, since when is any meal at an airport £10? Why can’t they rebook us or else get us a new plane??

@British_Airways Even that website shows no delay. We’ve been sitting at the airport and it’s 30min past original departure, still no displays have changed nor has anyone given an update on timing. How is that good customer service? Are we supposed to sit at the gate forever?

@British_Airways when you have delays, is it common to never tell the passengers? Been sitting at LHR T5 for BA229 and nobody telling us what’s going on, nor did we get an email. The gate display even says that it’s on time when it clearly is not. What’s going on here?

@virginmedia And self-install isn't even possible even though I offered to pick up the equipment from your office. @virginmedia this is unacceptable. I've been cheated into paying for a service I thought was premium only to be left without internet for WEEKS and your team has no concern.

Tried to set up @virginmedia for my flat and they can't even deliver the equipment for self-install until 2 weeks after we move in. Is this how you treat all your customers, @virginmedia - an internet company that doesn't actually provide internet?
