Chaos at terminal 5 @British_Airways because all of the belts aren't working. Staff seem clueless and nobody has a solution - never mind they're obviously enjoying themselves fist bumping each other and ignoring passengers

@LNER asked an hour ago to speak to the train manager and he's never bothered to move down the train. First train cancelled and now stuck at Peterborough for 30 mins. Can you get any worse ?

@LNER because of you cancelling a train we no longer have reservations in first class and people are now getting on so are we supposed to stand for the remainder of the journey

@LNER messes it up again. Train to London cancelled so have to rebook on a later one and now no seats available in first class.

@RoyalMail paid for a guaranteed delivery to arrive yesterday - no sign of it. Tracking says it would be delivered before 1.20 today. It hasn't arrived. Thank you for ruining someone's birthday
