@amazonIN Is it a #scam that you are running? I ordered a suitcase, delivered today. You charged a much HIGHER amount than the MRP tag and when I called into a complaint about this #illegal activity, the Cx was rude and hungup on when I asked to talk to their supervisor. What fun

@Bank_on_Fi I am being asked by your support team to use Aadhar as a mandatory id to open bank a/c. You folks do realize that it is illegal to do so? Why can't I use my PAN to open an account. On top of that 90 WORKING DAYS is that TAT to reset a/c data? SBI would feel shy now.

@makemytrip This is utterly ridiculous @makemytrip . It's been 2 weeks since I had shared all the info and neither have I heard back from your team nor the issue has been resolved. It is sheer incompetence that I am forced raise the issues on Twitter and even then there is NO solution.

@makemytrip What kind of ops are you running? It takes 20mins to get through the IVR and be connected w/ an agent and she hangs up w/ in 10 seconds w/o understanding my problem. Clearly I have made a mistake using #MMT where I am bombarded w/ issues and no one wants to solve them

This is ridiculous!! @ICICIBank is willing to close my account if I don't link my Aadhar! I have had the account for 14 years. And now I have to close the account. @UIDAI take note. "aadhar is not mandatory" is a bloody joke.

@Apple @tim_cook how is it possible that you are struggling to solve payments? I tried to pay for my subscription & cards are no longer supported and there's no option to add funds via another mode. Your call centre is asking me to cancel my subscriptions to change payment mode.

@Apple @tim_cook I am amazed by the poor support I have received from the team this far after numerous follow-ups. Basic apps like photos and data tracking screen time are so so much messed up. And no one has been able to resolve it. How can Apple devices+OS be in such a state 🤷‍♂️
