Families are hanging on by a thread. Veterans — the ones who already gave everything — are still sleeping on the streets. Debt is crushing. Stress is everywhere. So I keep coming back to one question: What happened to America First? Because this doesn’t feel like it. This feels like the same machine… just repainted. I didn’t vote for global escalation. I didn’t vote to fund the world while Americans fall behind. I voted for peace abroad and stability at home. And right now? That promise feels further away than ever. This isn’t just disappointment anymore. People are starting to wake up.

If, in the unlikely event Ebola comes to our shores, I strongly recommend all MAGA/MAHA antivax folks avoid those "scientific" and "medical" treatments from "doctors" and "researchers" and instead order up a big dose of horse laxatives or large-animal dewormer.

I voted for Donald Trump because, at the time, he felt like the lesser of two options I didn’t trust. I didn’t want to see Joe Biden or Kamala Harris continue what I believed was a system full of corruption, mismanagement, and constant tension. Trump’s message was simple: No new wars. End existing conflicts. Put America first. That was the foundation of my support. But looking at things now, I’m struggling to square those promises with what’s actually happening. We’re seeing conflicts intensify instead of cool down. Billions continue to flow overseas in aid and military support to places like Ukraine and Israel. And at home? People are still dealing with rising grocery bills. Veterans are still without stable housing. Families are still buried in debt and uncertainty. So I keep asking the same question: Where does America First fit into all of this? I didn’t vote for deeper global involvement. I voted for stability at home. I voted for relief, not expansion. And honestly, that’s where my frustration comes from. Not anger for the sake of it—but disappointment in what’s changed, and the gap between what was promised and what feels real on the ground today. I’m not sure how many others feel the same, but it’s getting harder to ignore that gap.

In 2022 I travelled from Alberta to Ottawa to have my voice heard by a government that supposedly works for me yet refused to hear me. I and thousands of others, braved the -30 temps, blizzards, treacherous road conditions and risked frost bitten toes because my voice was being ignored and my freedoms removed one by one. In 2026 I sat for hours on the side of roads, in community centres and at events LEGALLY gathering signatures from other Albertans who also felt their voices weren’t being heard. The first time I stood up against this government they invoked the war measures act and jailed and beat peaceful people while many Canadians cheered it on. The second time I stood up against this government a government appointed judge now says my voice doesn’t matter. I and thousands of others just like me are PROOF that we have no voice in Canada. The people will never be heard, we will never have a say in how we are governed and we will never be free. This court decision is the ultimate proof that Alberta needs to leave Canada as remaining in Canada ensures we will continue to be controlled by government and never be heard. The government is supposed to work FOR the people yet time and time again we’ve witnessed that their sole purpose is to stifle our voices, control us and ensure we the people NEVER take back what is ours….the power to determine our own future without government interference. I’m 50 years old and I’ve seen what Canada was, where Canada is now and I can see where Canada is going. Where Canada is going ensures my children and grandchildren will never have a free and prosperous future. WAKE UP!

I don’t remember a time that Alberta hasn’t been frustrated by how central Canada treats us, we’re disrespected, & our concerns are dismissed at every turn by many in central Canada & the federal government. I don’t remember Quebec getting treated like that, in fact Canadians begged them to stay & gave them special status within the federation. As a fourth generation Canadian & a third generation Albertan, I’m telling central Canada, dismiss us, & the separation movement at your peril. You think you know, but you really don’t. Many of you, maybe most have never set foot in Alberta, & have never bothered to know anything about this province & our unique western heritage. I’ve never been in favour of separation…. until now. One of the greatest honors of my life was leading the dedication of President Donald J. Trump’s statue to the world. What amazes me is how quickly some people have compared this beautiful statue, created and made possible by more than 6,000 patriots, to a golden calf or idol worship. Let me be very clear. We worship the Lord Jesus Christ and Him alone. The Word of God says, “You shall have no other gods before Me.” Exodus 20:3. It also says, “You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him only you shall serve.” Matthew 4:10. That is the line. Honor is not worship. Respect is not idolatry. Celebration is not bowing down to a false god. Romans 13:7 says, “Render therefore to all their due: taxes to whom taxes are due, customs to whom customs, fear to whom fear, honor to whom honor.” Giving honor where honor is due is biblical. Bowing down and worshipping an idol is sinful. There is a major difference. This statue was not created for worship. It was created as a symbol of resilience, patriotism, courage, and gratitude. It was created to honor a man whom many may disagree with, but millions of Americans believe has done extraordinary things to make this nation stronger. People celebrate athletes, musicians, entertainers, and cultural icons while they are still alive. Michael Jordan has a statue in Chicago. Cristiano Ronaldo, Taylor Swift, Shakira, Ed Sheeran, and many others have been honored publicly in different ways. Yet Christians were not screaming “golden calf” over those moments. So why now? You may dislike President Trump. That is your choice. But you are in gross error if you think for one second that I worship this magnificent statue or anything made by human hands. Acts 17:24 says, “God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands.” My worship belongs to God. My gratitude can still honor people. My faith is in Christ. My respect for a leader does not replace my reverence for the Lord. Before you judge, condemn, or spread false accusations, use spiritual discernment. 1 John 4:1 says, “Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God.” Some of you know the voice of the Holy Spirit. Listen to that voice before you give room to the devil through lies, slander, and false judgment. Ephesians 4:27 says, “Nor give place to the devil.” We can disagree politically and still tell the truth spiritually. This was not idol worship. This was honor. This was gratitude. This was patriotism. And above all, Jesus Christ is still Lord.

In 2014 Russia inserted provocateurs into Crimea and began a campaign of propaganda, financial support for separatists and sabotage. Then when that didn't work, invaded in Feb 2014. The US is at the first stage in Alberta giving them $millions and the feeble minded are falling for it.

BREAKING NEWS! Had an interesting chat with a Texas oilman today. American companies and capital are waiting to flood into Alberta to invest the minute Alberta declares itself independent from Canada and scraps the industrial carbon tax.

Lets actually sit down and do the math on Alberta separation, because it seems like nobody else wants to. Right now, Alberta’s budget is roughly balanced. About $70-75 billion in, same amount out. It’s not perfect, but it works. The second you leave Canada, you don’t just stop sending money to Ottawa. You inherit the whole damn machine they were running on your behalf: borders, military, pensions, Employment Insurance, courts, federal policing, Indigenous obligations, foreign affairs, currency, central banking, all that shit. That’s not some rounding error. That’s an extra $30 to $60 billion a year in new costs slamming onto a province that was already spending every dollar it made. So now you’re looking at $105-135 billion in annual spending against $75 billion in revenue on a good year. That’s a $30-60 billion hole every single year, and nobody in the separation movement wants to talk about it. And it gets worse. You’re also picking up $120-150 billion in inherited federal debt. That’s another $4-6 billion a year just in interest payments before you’ve even hired your first border agent or opened a single embassy. Where the hell is that money supposed to come from? How do you close a gap that big? You’d need brutal spending cuts, a new sales tax, higher income taxes, higher corporate taxes, and you’d better pray oil stays above $80 a barrel. Even then you’re white-knuckling it. The real kicker is the oil revenue swings like crazy. Your new government costs sure as hell don’t. You can’t call up the military or the pension guys and say “Hey, prices are down this month, take some time off.” The bills keep coming whether WTI cooperates or not. And now there’s no Bank of Canada to bail you out when shit gets sideways. You’re on your own. Good luck with that. This isn’t about politics or which team you’re on. It’s just arithmetic. You want to be pissed at Ottawa? Fine, there’s plenty of reasons to be fucking pissed. But don’t confuse being pissed off with actually having a plan. Right now the separation crowd is long on anger and real short on math that adds up.
