I don't care how the government classifies me. I only care what Jesus Christ thinks about me.

I barely call baptists Christians. You really think I’m going to say Mormons are?

I wonder what the total EMV is on all posts/QTs/replies regarding the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for this weekend... Senator Mike Lee’s (@BasedMikeLee) posts alone calculate in at over $750K in earned media promotional value for the Church. 🤯 (You gotta love it when people do the work for you! 😉)

Can anyone tell me why The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints was left out of the list of Christian churches?

Mormonism is not Christianity. Christianity is Sola Scriptura, Sola Gratia, Sola Fide, Sola Cristus, Soli Deo Gloria. Many religions contain Christ; but, Christ is not central. To be a Christian, Christ must be central and the sole source of salvation. Salvation is then evidenced by obedience to God's word—The Bible. By this definition, the Catholic Church is not Christian because veneration is given to men and to Mary. Research for yourself. Important differences...

@seanryanlayton No, what they call the Trinity is a mess of psuedo-Christian nonsense cooked up by intellectual lightweights trying to satisfy several competing human philosophies.

All 90% of creedal Christians hear when Latter-day Saints say "the trinity is evil" or "we reject the trinity" is "we don't believe in the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost." Nothing could be farther from the truth. What they call the trinity, we call the Godhead.

Madonna dancing in a revealing outfit at her age should be embarrassing to her. As a older woman myself I can't understand the mentality. Age gracefully with class and dignity. Don't be a joke. My two cents. 🤔

@realDrTT @DescendingChime If you read them carefully, you'll notice that the Testimony of Three Witnesses is spiritually-based and the Testimony of Eight Witnesses is physically-based.

I read the Intro to the Book of Mormon. Here's my reflections: Right off the bat, there's a lot of things that I don't understand about LDS and Mormonism — and reading the intro certainly has illustrated that for me. The testimony of the 11 witnesses is interesting. I am not sure what to make of it yet. It seems a bit overkill. Like, there's sincere doubt that this text will be taken seriously. At the end of the Testimony of the Three Witnesses sounds very familiar: "And the honor be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Ghost, which is one God. Amen." Ultimately, one thing that really stood out to me was this: "We invite all men everywhere to read the Book of Mormon, to ponder in their hearts the message it contains, and then to ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ if the book is true." This put me at ease, as it is an invitation to review and question it. I'm going to continue reading at some point tomorrow afternoon. Thanks to those of you who listened in and especially those of you who are members of the LDS faith. I am sure I'll have lots of questions.

Why do Mormons even want to be called Christian’s? I mean they clearly have a different version of Jesus, and theology as a whole.

@Toneskeee Don't get too excited, these scriptures have been thrown at us for decades. The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints continues to grow around the world.

Imagine how many Mormons are being given Scripture to counter their false views today. Which will take root. And Jesus will save them. I’m low key stoked about this.

@DChadwickAuthor It's not the rage-baiters we're responding to. There are innocent bystanders in the debate who haven't made a decision about us. They need to hear both sides of the story.

Dear Mormons, Stop engaging with this disingenuous “Mormons aren’t Christians” ragebait garbage. People who say this aren’t going to be convinced. They never will be. You’re never going to convert them, and they’ll never let you in the club. They hate you. And they always will.

The United States has 16 territories with over 3.5 million people who cannot vote in the US general elections. Is the US an apartheid state because the citizens of Puerto Rico, Guam, and American Samoa can't vote in the US General elections?

@asophiething Why should we debate you? You have nothing but old arguments that don't hold water and you arrogantly demand the right to choose both the questions and what answers are acceptable. Your intellectual dishonesty is obvious and disappointing.

Mormons really don’t wanna debate me on Christianity. I was an investigator of their church for years. I’ve read the BoM and D&C and Pearl of Great Price all more than once. And extensively studied the church history, both with LDS and exmos. Try me, Moronis. 😂

I know there are many reasons, but the most clear reason that Mormons aren't Christian is that they deny the Trinity. We don't have to go much deeper than that.

@ByuSome The Revelation says man cannot add to canon. It never says God won't. And you'll find the same doctrine in Deuteronomy. By your logic, you should give up everything except the Torah.
