More sell-side firms and Fed watchers are removing/delaying cuts from their outlook, including a couple forecasters after the April NFP. Half now see no cuts this year (and risks are clearly tilted to this group continuing to grow given inertial nature of these forecasts).

Our tradition is we gather as an extended family for a meal and a lazy afternoon hanging out. Non-mothers do all the prep, cooking and clean up afterward. My sister and I give my mom a card, gift(s), flowers, etc.. My dad and his brother do the same for their mother, and my cousins do it for their mom.

Here's the truth about small scale farming:
It's extremely difficult to be "self-sufficient."
But it's easier to produce meaningful quantities of food than you probably think.
Feed out a steer & pig, potato/sweet potato patch, flock of chickens, fruit trees, small garden.
