I eliminated 85% of microplastics from my ejaculate. Nov 2024: 165 particles/mL July 2025: 20 particles/mL Nearly identical drop in my blood same time period: Oct 2024: 70 particles/mL May 2025: 10 particles/mL Important as a meta-analysis of 36 studies reveals that microplastics induce oxidative stress in the male reproductive system, leading to testicular inflammation, cell death, and reduced testosterone levels, sperm production, and motility. Two studies last year showed that microplastics were detected in every human testicular and semen samples tested. The therapy we think most responsible for this reduction is sauna as it also eliminated most environmental toxins in my body, including those linked to various plastics (200 F, 20 min daily w/ ice on the boys). I also avoid the big no-no’s like microwaving in plastic, plastic cutting board, and having a reverse osmosis water system. To our knowledge, this is the first report of any correlation (esp in the same person over two timepoints) between blood and semen microplastic levels, demonstrating successful microplastic detoxification in the semen following that in the blood.

Lots of folks saying they want to stop “spam” on Bitcoin. Basically the crux of this Core vs Knots debate. I’d like to ask a question: what is “spam”? To me it’s spam if it’s something like fake pubkeys. But it’s not spam just because I don’t like your use case. A big problem here is that “spam” is arbitrary and not agreed on by users. One man’s trash is another’s treasure. Seems to me like one side is just trying to restrict behavior they don’t like and label it as “spam”
Adam Back@adam3us

@satflation @jabulanijakes @BitMEXResearch @giacomozucco i just want to stop spam, and misuse that makes it hard to run nodes. and the increase in op return is to fix the mal-incentive bug to create fake pubkeys, which is bad for nodes.

It's been almost one week since shitcoin core v30 (aka malware) has been released and the size of the UTXO started going up again. As per coretards logic, spammers/ bad actors were supposed to use op_return to damage bitcoin since coretards opened the gate for them by increasing op_return limit by 1200 times. Now we have two problems after malware release: - 1> UTXO set continues to get worse since bad actors don't give flying fuck about UTXO set and they would prefer to damage bitcoin more by inscription bug than op_return. 2> Coretards opened one more attack vector by opening the op_return limit. IF YOU ARE STILL RUNNING SHITCOIN CORE THEN YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RETARDED AND IF YOU ARE RUNNING MALWARE THEN YOU ARE JUST GAY. END THE SHITCOIN CORE

Wake up bitcoiners, Run knots!!! This big beautiful consolidation transaction has been in my mempool for the last six blocks and was actually rejected by Foundry USA 3 times, viaBTC, and Binance in favor of a bunch of garbage spam. This is where core 30 is taking us. Core nodes now favor bloating the utxo set over shrinking it. My knotty node has been trying to mine this transaction the entire time but it was displaced by spam that core 30 is optimized for. Why is core software rejecting valid transactions that are actually benificial to the blockchain in favor of flooding the blockchain with bullshit dust transactions. This transaction was eventually mined by F2Pool and turned 1000 utxos into 1. Why are we optimizing bitcoin to be free data storage service for miscreants instead of prioritizing transactions that clean up that junk. I'm sure this is just some scammer preparing another mint of filth on the chain but it still begs the question. Why is it easier to spam the chain than clean it up. Seems like the incentives are perverse. 🧵

AWS is down and then the internet stops working. But the blockchain, it never goe ... wait a minute. Scratch that. This sector is a joke. Everyone preaching decentralization and censorship resistance but in reality ... it's all 100% reliant on the cloud.

Something is quietly being built on Bitcoin. Not another coin. Not another L2. This is infrastructure. Code. Data. Logic. All living on-chain. Here’s what @Switch_900 and @blockamoto are doing and why it matters. 👇

React.js is now fully on-chain on Bitcoin Any developer can import it into an inscription with recursion, a single line of code No additional fees Updates to the codebase can be done by re-inscribing the diff file If you still don't get why Ordinals are a fundamentally different platform for building decentralized apps Then sorry ser you're ngmi

Ive uploaded fonts on-chain a few times and I know of other teams that have done this as well - thousands of dollars spent. I’m not sure if on-chain SVGs are the future, but if they are, I propose we fund an on-chain font registry that all projects can use. Something like this:

Keep BTC network for BTC monetary use only. Non-monetary non-fungible things put on the BTC network is risking everything and not what BTC investors signed up for. Keep BTC network pure (as possible) or the whole house could come down! Go to Etherium if you want to put non-monetary non-fungible things on a network. That's what Etherium was designed for, NOT BTC!

The current Core devs ARE NOT Bitcoiners. They don’t act, talk, value, and prioritize like a Bitcoiner. They are young software engineers who haven’t a clue about game theory and monetary theory. The fact that they completely side step our arguments and frame it as a technical debate is a GIANT TELL that they are suffering from major cognitive dissonance. 🚩 🚩 🚩

@BitcoinUXUI obviously not: a central property of bitcoin is being unseizable, unfreezable and censorship resistant via decentralization. now if users chose to act in the market they can do that, and some users pay for spam, others may chose to pay miners not to spam. simple concept right.

Bitcoin is owned by humanity, the protocol developers are stewards, and need consensus from users to change it materially. bitcoin is about money, spam has no place in the timechain. what defaults the bitcoin core project puts in the reference client matter in this.
