We don't care what party you're in. Stealing millions in taxpayer dollars, sexually assaulting your staff, lying about your service record, none of it is acceptable and none of it goes unnoticed. Swalwell, Gonzales, Mills and McCormick all need to resign immediately. The American people deserve a Congress worthy of their trust. The House needs to be cleaned out, and it starts with these four.

These videos are years old which raises a serious question: How long has Eric Swalwell been sexually blackmailed? This is an extremely serious national security concern, given that he sits on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Did he share classified information with any foreigners during his drunken escapades overseas? I hope the Department of Justice launches a thorough and immediate investigation.

Hypothetical situation: What if Eric Swalwell goes out in a blaze of glory by turning on the democrats and revealing all he knows about Shifty Schiff, Pelosi, etc? The democrats are done with him. He'll never get elected to anything again. Why not throw them under the bus?

Eric Swalwell should’ve been kicked out of Congress a long time ago. Instead, Nancy Pelosi swept his relationship with a Chinese spy under the rug to help her Speaker bid. I wrote about it back in 2020 ⬇️ dailywire.com/news/democrats…

House of Cards really was non-fiction. Democrats have to make sex tapes, some involving children (Epstein island), and the message sent to Swalwell has also been sent to every other Democrat in Congress.

These allegations are deeply serious and warrant a full investigation. Survivors deserve to be heard and treated with dignity and respect. Given the gravity of these claims, Rep. Eric Swalwell should step aside to ensure a full, transparent investigation free from undue influence.

I’ve read the San Francisco Chronicle’s reporting and I take it seriously. What is described is indefensible. Women who come forward with accounts like this deserve to be heard with respect, not questioned or dismissed. I regret having come to his defense on social media prior to knowing all the information. I am equally as shocked and upset about what has transpired. I am withdrawing my endorsement of Congressman Swalwell, effective immediately.

There is no place in our country or the Democratic Party for those who abuse women and girls. I stand with the courageous survivor who shared her story. Congressman Swalwell must leave the Governor’s race immediately.

In light of the allegations of sexual assault, Eric Swalwell should resign from Congress and end his campaign for public office. But those decisions do not absolve him of taking responsibility for his misconduct, especially when he has attempted to silence and retaliate against these victims. These allegations merit full investigations, and these women deserve the right to pursue justice. Too often, men escape any consequence for sexual misconduct by stepping out of power. That is a first and necessary step towards justice because it limits the ability for further harm. I stand with these women as they seek justice.

Meeting with Epstein survivors has taught me how much trauma survivors endure and how much courage it takes for them to speak up. No one in a position of power should be allowed to act above the law or with impunity. It doesn’t matter what office you hold, how wealthy you are, or which political party you align with. The same rules must apply to Eric Swalwell. There must be the appropriate law enforcement investigations and House ethics investigations. He must be held accountable. There cannot be two tiers of justice in this nation.

🚨 HUGE! Now, Add Pelosi, As Democrats Schiff and Gallego Turn on Swalwell, Withdraw Endorsements, and Call on Him to Drop Out of the California Governor’s Race Amid Sexual Assault Allegations 🔥
Tony Seruga@TonySeruga

🚨 BREAKING: Former Staffer of Eric Swalwell Says He S*xually Assaulted Her Twice, Says She Woke up in His Bed With No Clothes On The first incident reportedly took place in 2019. Swalwell has been married since 2016. The woman says she was hired at the age of 21. At one point in 2019, Swalwell pulled out his pen*s and asked her to perform oral s*x on him. She did so in a parking lot, according to the SF Chronicle. Later that same year, the former staffer says she was invited out for drinks with Swalwell. She says she became so intoxicated that she does not remember the rest of the night. She claims she woke up with no clothes on in Swalwell's hotel bed and claims she could feel "the effect of vag*nal intercourse," according to the SF Chronicle. In April of 2024, the woman, who did not work for Swalwell at this time, attended a charity gala where Swalwell was present. The woman says she became "inebriated" while getting drinks with him after and can barely remember the night. She says she told him "no" as he forced himself on her. The woman says she was s*xually assaulted by Swalwell. She says she "blacked out" but "woke up once during it and even told him to stop at one point." The woman's friend and then-boyfriend say she told them about the alleged assault the next day. Swalwell has denied the accusations and has since sent a cease-and-desist letter. The representative previously said in 2018 that alleged victims "deserve to be heard." Source: @sfchronicle And just now, Senators Adam Schiff and Ruben Gallego have both withdrawn their endorsements of Eric Swalwell after a s*xual assault allegation came out against the California gubernatorial candidate. "What is described is indefensible. Women who come forward with accounts like this deserve to be heard with respect, not questioned or dismissed..." Gallego said. "I am equally as shocked and upset about what has transpired. I am withdrawing my endorsement of Congressman Swalwell, effective immediately." Schiff also withdrew his endorsement. "I have read the San Francisco Chronicle’s account, and I am deeply distressed by its allegations. This woman was brave to come forward, and we should take her story seriously," Schiff said. "I am withdrawing my endorsement immediately, and believe that he should withdraw from the race."

I’m glad there is a reported ceasefire deal with Iran. But we shouldn’t be in this illegal war in the first place. And Donald Trump can’t simply threaten war crimes with impunity. Congress needs to get back in session now to stop this war and remove Donald Trump.
