I actually don’t understand why Republicans ever backed down from putting ICE at polling stations. If what the Democrats are saying is true - that illegals aren’t voting in our elections - what are they afraid of? I’d feel safer exercising my right to vote with ICE around!

What the seals and the GOP don't seem to understand is that every day the news cycle is dominated by Iran, Israel, Ukraine, Cuba, Greenland, etc., is another day where Americans are sitting on their couch saying to themselves, “What about me?” It doesn't matter whether these foreign endeavors succeed or fail. Americans are watching Washington elites spend all their money on other nations while the situation in our own continues to deteriorate for many. Our infrastructure is aging, our schools are failing, housing prices have reached an all-time unaffordable level, the job market for anyone not in healthcare is a barren wasteland, small businesses are being crushed, and the cost of starting and raising a family is astronomical. To say Americans are fed up is an understatement. The re-election of President Trump was supposed to be a warning shot to Washington and the elites that ordinary Americans had had enough and were ready to take a wrecking ball to DC. To many, Trump was supposed to be their revolution. Instead, for whatever reason, it's been more business as usual. Trump and the GOP were given a once-in-a-generation mandate to go scorched-earth on the status quo by delivering on all the promises made on the campaign trail. A historic and diverse coalition of Americans put their faith in Trump and the GOP, trusting they would deliver. Unless a massive, quick pivot occurs, the retribution for their failure and betrayal will be historic. The Republican Party will be staring down a future of electoral irrelevance, and Trump’s legacy will be ushering in an era of far-leftist rule that makes the Biden Years seem reasonable.

@KellyLMcCarty A lot of us feel the same way. It was my #1 issue followed by accountability. Feels like we've been cheated out of both.

What frustrates me most is that the mass deportations we were promised haven’t happened. It was supposed to be the top priority, and now it feels like it’s been pushed aside and I’m pretty bitter about it.
