Facebook keeps calling me almost daily to work with their free, script reading, meta marketing intern. I've already lost thousands indulging one, no way to escalate or complain. New ones get assigned every 90 days and leaves voicemails with the most bored and unhappy intonations.

@acroll @Videotron Same goes for mobile plans, potentially even worse with the crazy deals we got since black Friday. I went from $75/month for 6gb with US calling add-on (but no texting) to $50/month for 80gb with full free US roaming!

My @videotron home broadband: $90 for 120 mbps. Current offering: $65 for 400 mbps. I really hate having to check my provider's plans and upgrade myself. SaaS companies add features while maintaining prices all the time, but Canadian ISPs gouge whenever they can.

Well, switched back to @Rogers / @RogersHelps and they said wife could get same deal as well, but now they aren't honouring the deal, pretty weaksauce

I asked them to send me details to email so I can review, because in no way did I believe they would offer me free roaming to the US, and then also in Europe, but she said yeah, 1000 free minutes and they didn't know where Europe was, it was like, ok, WTF, 0 credibility, no email

@Chronos Thanks for the feedback, Ivan. Are you referring to the tracking information that folks see when they're tracking orders via the 'Shop' App? I just want to be as clear as possible on the feedback before passing it along! -Imogen

Dear @shopify, please fix your tracking to include the state. I ship with Stallion Express so most orders go through York, PA, however your tracking app decides to only show "York" and assumes UK and shows an airplane crossing the ocean. US Customers are freaking out constantly.
