That is EXACTLY what happened. We all watched it play out. She was furious that she was not allowed to attend since she was just a new girlfriend. She blew this girl up on purpose and gutted William & Catherine with the same blow. There is no slight too small for which someone must pay, in Meghan's eyes.

Meghan Markle apologists don't quite realize that they're making royalist arguments. If Meghan is "building a life and career outside the traditional royal structure", then why does she need a royal title at all? Why not drop it and just be "Meghan Sussex"? The reality is that Meghan is nothing without that precious title. She's not a self-made success, an entrepreneur or a creative, but a grifter. Everything in her life at this point is the result of her husband's money, family, influence, etc, not her own efforts. Ergo, lets see how things go without the title and that horrible monarchy structure, if Meghan is brave enough to try it. But she's not that brave. At this point, Meghan's entire career is built off Harry, his family and the victim narrative that she's spun, which more and more people by the day are dismissing. Most of the public in fact is aware that Meghan was only ever into Harry for the title, cash and influence, the stuff she could never accomplish by herself. And every time her ego and bank account needs more of a boost, she'll jump through whatever hoop to make that happen, diminishing the monarchy and the role that it serves in the process of pursuing her own greed. The monarchy is not there to serve the royals, but the people. Meghan only wants to be "royal" when it pays. It's paid for Meghan's life and everything in it pretty well at this point, but when you're just a grifter, even a royal title can't float you forever.

I think MeMe's disinterest in Archie began when she found out about this amendment to his birth certificate. I do believe the Palace ordered this amendment because it makes no sense for MeMe to have removed her first names. I also wonder if she found out about it when the rest of us did.
