News and media telling you to get to airports in US early because of big queues at TSA, arrived at @MCO to find that @British_Airways haven't opened their check in desk any earlier! What's the point of us arriving early just to wait at a closed check in desk?

31st oct 2025 @easyJet left my wife and I standed in Berlin, costing me over £1000, still no refund. Lots of emails and promises but still im waiting. Customer service at @easyJet is a joke, just liars who don't give a fuck about their customers

Absolute nightmare with @British_Airways - in Vegas to celebrate my fiancés 30th birthday and they have lost my case. Day 3 and no updates or communication! Told to buy basics and claim back but will be denied entry to the black tie NYE event that I’ve booked! So upsetting!

@British_Airways absolute joke. You took my baggage off the holiday booking, we had to pay for baggage again at the airport. We lost use of the lounge we had booked because we were sorting this out at the airport. Someone contact me. Getting passed pillow to post here. Ridiculous
