@Iamtammytavares I use to live on “Promise Land” in the Plantation Resort neighborhood. It was (leave it to beaver), heaven for my children. I wouldn’t go back with the population now.

I am currently in Texas and cannot get over how clean and organized this area is. I am in Frisco and it’s just lovely. I live in California and have for the past 30 years crime is everywhere homeless everywhere needles and trash everywhere mentally ill and drug zombies everywhere. I haven’t seen anything like that here in Texas at least not in Frisco.

@dbeebestl @byBDavis The arenas don’t always work in the burbs like your examples. But here in DFW it will work just fine. Spread out, never been walkable. Hardly anyone took the train unless they were wanting to save $10 on parking. Those fans won’t be needed in the burbs. Plenty of $ to go around.

@byBDavis Apparently an arena completed 2001 is now a dump. And while we're at it, all of these arenas are now obsolete and need to be totally replaced.
