Danielle Smith is telling reporters that I’m initiating all the recall campaigns against UCP MLAs. This is an insult to the Albertans who are ACTUALLY organizing these efforts. We’ve actually decided to NOT initiate a single one ourselves because they’re happening organically.

@NurseMom5AB Oh they knew. They turned down an NDP bill in 2023 that brought class size reporting back, created a commision to look at complexity and direct resources where needed. They called it a waste of time, money, just more paperwork and "their government was actually fixing it"

REMINDER: Strikes are a last resort. But they’re supposed to be disruptive. Without disruption, working people would have no leverage; we would have to swallow whatever the powerful force down our throats. Striking & supporting strikers is how we fight back & balance the scales.
