We found that TMAB3, combined with an RNA that stimulates the innate immune response, can penetrate tumors and inhibit tumor growth in #PDAC #medulloblastoma and #melanoma. Meaning TMAB3 has potential as a tumor-specific delivery mechanism for DNA- and RNA-based therapies.
