@amazon #Amazon I ordered a laptop and I picked one that promised me delivery today - I live in NYC - I was just told there was a problem “packaging it” and now won’t be here till tomorrow! I needed it for work today! Guess can’t count on you for business items on time delivery

@AmazonHelp I was told that I could expect my package now by 10pm tonight -very late and ridiculous but that would fulfill your obligation and the promise that Amazon made to have the laptop to me today. That being said it is almost 4 and the product is still marked as not shipped?
