Today, the @WhiteHouse released a commonsense National AI Policy Framework that ensures every American benefits from AI.
As @POTUS has said — we need one federal AI policy, not a 50 state patchwork. This gets us there.
Eager to work with Congress on this important legislation.

Great points from @mpetricone. Section 230 is the backbone of America's competitive Internet ecosystem. Weakening it forces moderation challenges and stifles innovation. It is the legal foundation every internet company depends on, and America cannot afford to undermine it as AI reshapes online services.
Michael Petricone@mpetricone
Section 230 fuels innovation, protects free expression, and lets startups compete with incumbents. Weakening it helps no one but trial lawyers and our international competitors. We just sent our letter to Senate Commerce. Keep the internet open. 🇺🇸🚀

“The E-Rate has been tremendous for competition that as people built to the school or to the library, they brought competition into the neighborhoods and into the main street and the businesses.”

Thank you to @Benton_Inst for hosting an outstanding conversation on the 30th anniversary of the Telecom Act. The dialogue reminded us all why this work matters and why the industry behind it must stay strong.
At @INCOMPAS, we remain committed to competition, connectivity, and closing the divides that hold communities back.

“Under President Trump’s leadership, America is in the middle of the biggest infrastructure boom since World War II. We’re incredibly proud of the thousands of jobs Meta data centers are creating across the country, while our investments in small business and workforce training programs ensure Americans have the skills needed for the jobs of tomorrow. As we build for America’s future, the Ratepayer Pledge ensures families aren’t the ones footing the bill for AI’s energy consumption. The pledge gives companies like Meta the certainty we need to keep up the momentum, ensuring that American AI dominance and the prosperity of American families go hand-in-hand,” said @INCOMPAS member @Meta.
