@flynorse was planning an extended family trip to Europe, took leap of faith with your new service out of Boston, booked in July.. received notice of canceled flights just yesterday with no options. Other airlines double the cost now. Now what! #flightdisruption #financialimpact

@Gap #help no resolution yet and impossible to get through on phone. To recap. Charged for item and says shipment acceptance at local post office -no update since June 3 status and no merchandise.

@Gap #help I know you have reduced staff but I am trying to resolve a package not showing up as of a week ago with no updated info. I've called 3 times and have been on hold for half hour and also tried an email but you aren't responding to emails. I've been charged but no merch
