The House of Representatives has passed an 8 week funding bill for DHS. They rejected the Senate version which cut about $5 billion from ICE and Border Patrol. Speaker Mike Johnson basically told Senator John Thune that he is lousy and told him to try again.

A bill passed the Senate last night 100-0 to fund TSA, the Coast Guard and FEMA. If Speaker Johnson called it for a vote it would pass easily. But he won’t do that. Because Trump has ordered him to keep TSA shut down and keep the chaos. Pure incompetence.
