This could easily be some Latrino hell-hole in Central America, if you didn't know it's actually England in 2026. It's really in places like hospital waiting-rooms that you get a true sense of the demographic MOAB that's been dropped on the UK over the last 30 years.

My dear Mum is injured so I’ve had to dash to accompany her to A&E. This is the waiting room right now. Except it’s not just this - there is a second overflow waiting room (where we’re heading). Six hour wait just for triage apparently. World-class experience this.
