@MthandeniNene I’m a Sub Halala Bronze medal finisher at Two Oceans but a bronze medal finisher at Comrades. By design Two Oceans has be tougher since it is a training for comrades.

@Masemola_Amo I had the same issue during by election. Only 3 parties were available and I couldn’t vote. I just inserted my ballot it without voting. ANC, DA and MKP were the parties and if I am still faced with same I might never vote again in my lifetime.

Going to LGEs, haven't decided which political party to vote for. With everything that is happening in this country, I will be stingy with my vote and vote consciously.

@mshengulala @Sevhic_ When I missed 3 days and reduced my intensity and duration in 14 day period my Garmin estimated VO2Max still kept increasing

You don`t loose any fitness from missing one training session. So if at anytime in this tough training block you feel a bit tired and feel like you need an extra day of rest, take it. You build fitness over weeks and months of training, one or two runs won`t make you lose it
