So, for all the regulatory efforts to create an opportunity for Fintech and Crypto firms to come into the banking system and provide financial services and products to customers, if the banks are not open to opening up those channels and allowing API access, frankly, none of these businesses can stay open.”

Dems tried to do another standalone TSA funding bill, which Moreno objected to. During his remarks, Moreno mentioned Schatz’s “serene” quote that has become fodder for the GOP to pound Dems with as the DHS shutdown continues.

This is physical abuse, and I hope authorities are investigating it. ABC should only air her season if they also address this incident, using it as an opportunity to discuss the dangers and prevalence of domestic violence. It’s especially important to acknowledge that abuse can go both ways, and that men can be victims too.

NEW: ABC's "Bachelorette" caught on camera allegedly attacking her ex-boyfriend and throwing a chair at him, which appeared to hit her child. The "The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" star is reportedly under investigation for domestic violence. "The Draper City Police Department in Utah [is investigating] the allegations on both sides after a recent incident," Variety recently reported. But despite taking millions in tax benefits from a federal program, they don’t pass those savings on to patients - they sue them, overcharge them, and even take resources intended for rural hospitals.
