Democrats destroy everything they touch. There is a homeless encampment in the City of #CharlottesvilleVA under Free Bridge on the Rivanna Trail next to the Rivanna River. Tons of trash, tents and trauma. Today, City Hall announced it would provide “wrap-around services” for the encampment, including portable bathrooms, used heroin needle disposal containers, janitorial support and other outreach efforts funded by taxpayers. 🙄 The homeless encampment has commandeered a trailhead on one of the City’s best amenities - an urban wilderness loop complimented by a historically significant river that’s popular for canoeing, kayaking and its scenic wildlife and landscapes. Why would the City allocate taxpayer dollars to provide provisions for a borderline criminal tent town? Why would the City cannibalize a resource for locals who pay their taxes and gift it to vagrants and vagabonds instead? Why would the City prioritize 225 homeless over 45,000 citizens rather than simply banning public camping? Make it make sense. Please. “Share” this post if you think others should read it. Exactly six years ago: Schools closed. My kids walked off the bus for the last time that year. I sensed something was seriously amiss. That day changed everything! It pushed me into politics to fight for truth and our kids’ future. I’ll never forget it, as hard as I try.

Six years ago today, schools shut down and my kids were kicked out for what felt like forever. That day lit a fire in me and I found my voice to fight for them. Two years later, it led to this viral speech. I will ALWAYS protect my kids. No apologies, no retreat.

@MerianneJensen We learned a lot from Covid. We shouldn’t have closed schools the way we did/ as long as we did. We also learned which parents have total complete disregard for other parents’ kids. What a shame to learn so the rabid right wing people are who think they know best for MY kids.

Yes ma’am, absolutely love your resolve and fight! My kids (2 and 4 at the time) got kicked out of Primrose Daycare here in Raleigh because I told the Owner no way in hell my kids were going to wear masks! She had me sign an agreement stating I wouldn’t sue her just to let my kids back in. My ex also used this against me in our divorce 🙄

Amen to this nonsense! The left completely destroyed education for years and continues to have a disregard for the lives of other kids by forcing my girls to have boys in their locker rooms. Amen, everything you left wing losers have done in the past decade has been a complete disaster.
