JUST IN: The Florida teacher who was beaten unconscious by a 270 pound teen reportedly wants “no mercy” for her attacker & says she has been living off donations. Good 🔥 The victim, Joan Naydich, says her whole life has been turned upside down and she wants the maximum sentence of 30 years behind bars for her attacker Brendan Depa. “Everybody that knows me or knew me [before the attack], knows that I’m a totally different person now. My whole life was just turned upside down,” she said to a local news station. Naydich says she has been struggling to get workers’ compensation from the school district and has been living on donations. The teacher said she wants the maximum sentence for Depa. “I want to make sure he is not able to walk the streets freely,” she said. Depa is scheduled to be sentenced in January.

JUST IN: Florida teen who beat a teacher unconscious for taking away his Nintendo has pleaded guilty to the felony charge against him. Brendan Depa faces up to 30 years in prison for the brutal beating. His sentence will be determined in January. The teacher Joan Naydich is reportedly refusing to help Depa get a lighter sentence as she said she hopes this case will “prevent anyone else from ever dealing with the trauma.” “I’m hopeful that the awareness of this incident being spread far and wide will prevent anyone else from ever dealing with the trauma, physical healing and disruption of everyday life this has caused.” Good.

@GreerStandsFree @followed_ByBots @CollinRugg Most are affected by the attitude of teachers imposing their stereotypical racist views and 'beliefs' on them and encouraging the fulfilment of their 'fantasy' prophesy.

I fundamentally agree with you, however, I worked closely with kids for over 40 yrs and have seen it all! Sometimes there is an intrinsic problem from birth. I correctly have predicted which kids I worked with ages 5-8, would (sadly) spend their lives in and out of jail. Most I believe are affected by parental or environmental factors.

@CollinRugg Very good. No leniency for nearly killing someone over a Nintendo. That kind of behavior is taught, it is not natural. They need to look beyond the kid to see where he learned it.

@CollinRugg What is shocking about the video is the slow walk of the male teacher toward the teacher in need. He didn't seem to want to get involved.
