No US state currently requires proof of citizenship beyond attestation because of the way federal law is written.
Basically, US federal law currently only requires that we “take your word” for it that you are a US citizen.
14 of 50 states do not require ID at all.
ID requirements in all other states do not require proof of citizenship.
So, to answer your question, exactly ZERO states require “proof” of citizenship to vote.

@delton @CoinDealerDCL @sasncsheri @RonDeSantis Throw all the remaining communists in the Atlantic Ocean with nothing but a raft made from wooden pallets and only enough food water for three days.
Let them swim to freedom.
Seems appropriate to me.
English

I’m not advocating that the communists get anything. But evicting people who are not communists and who suffered under communist rule for decades from the home they lived in for decades so you can give their home to kids of dead people is counterproductive. There are better ways to compensate people for loss of their abandoned property that don’t alienate and injure the people you would presumably want to support the new government.
English

The point of 4 is that if you were to venture to an emerging area, with a less dense population and lower demand on housing, you’re likely to be able to buy a house that size for 1/3 of that $1.7 million dollar price today. That’s what Miami was in the 1950s.
It wasn’t a backwater but it certainly wasn’t what it is today.
Also, I can almost guarantee you that that house didn’t sell for $3000 in 1950s Coral Gables, regardless of the fact it had only 3 bedrooms at the time unless there were extenuating circumstances.
Also, that house didn’t sell for <$600k in 2003 unless it was a distressed property. It’s possible but only if it was in extreme disrepair or otherwise sold under duress. I was in the market for a home during exactly that period and I can tell you with 100% certainty that not even a small empty lot in coral gables went for $120 k…
Everyone in my personal circle was buying houses back in the early 2000s and it was a sellers market. Not only that but credit was practically a guarantee. People were financing and refinancing and taking out HELOCs to buy boats and go on lavish vacations etc etc… This was in part what caused the subprime crisis in ~2008
As for what the house is worth today: It is worth whatever the market will bear not what we think it should be worth.
Also, don’t get me wrong, I’m not arguing with you. I’m not even saying you got the numbers wrong. All I’m saying is that the numbers only work if there are extenuating circumstances.
Here is the note common reality. Even a 3 bedroom house in the gables in the 1950s would have been about $12 to $15 K not $3 K.
That same house in the gables in 2003 would have been $600 K not $120 K.
The price of $1.7 M today tracks for all the reasons I mentioned above.
English

1. This is what my mom told me. I can send the screenshot if you'd like.
2. It originally had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.
3. It's besides the point. The house isn't worth that regardless and the inflation rate is beyond anything reasonable to a sane person.
4. Irelevant to the post so not really sure why you made a paragraph about that

Listen up asshole, I’m only going to say this once.
‘Literal blockade on oil right now’? 😂
That pressure started TWO MONTHS ago, dumbass.
Cuba’s been rationing food, fuel, and freedom for 65+ years, through Soviet billions, free Venezuelan oil, and every other handout.
Shelves were empty long before this.
Miami Cubans? The millions who escaped on rafts, planes and by any other means necessary because a god forsaken ‘revolution’ turned the island into a fucking prison!
We have family still there you dick!
You’re a keyboard warrior in [wherever] so kindly shut the fuck up about something you know nothing about.
The regime controls everything, steals everything, and lives fat while the people starve.
That’s communism failing… AGAIN!
Now go eat a bag of dicks you insufferable come pinga!
English

@MiamiPDScanner @longlu92 @JarrodRodrigue1 There’s a literal blockade on oil right now dumbass
Also “Cubans” in Miami aren’t really Cuban.
English

The Cuban government has been starving its people for over 60 years you fucking retard
Lazzyyyyyy@em_Lazzy
We need to be clear about this: TRUMP IS TRYING TO COMMIT GENOCIDE IN CUBA. Systematically starving 11 million people is a crime against humanity.
English

@Milajoy What?
Is this real? $22 billion a month!?
How can this be!?

Millennials and Gen Z, the two largest generations in U.S. history, plus immigration and institutional capital.
Homes won’t ‘flood’ the market, they’ll transfer gradually, and we’re still underbuilt by millions.
There’s no shortage of buyers, the issue is affordability and free markets solve affordability far better than centrally constrained supply ever will.
