Cost of Parts - ₹8167 Cost of Labour - ₹5732 GST - ₹2502 Can you guys believe it? 18% GST on Labour. 18% GST on Car Parts. I request the FM MADAM @nsitharaman ji & @GST_Council to not take GST on Labour. Also please reduce the GST on vehicle parts to 5%. Almost everyone has a vehicle in India. Honda dealer sent 19K estimate for car service with a list of deliverables we never asked for. Told him we don't want it and they said its mandatory and non negotiable. Respectfully told him to drop the car home. 4 superiors, all claimed to be superior of the other one negotiated and after 4 hrs the estimate was cut down to 9k. There's a reason people don't trust dealers and car companies are doing nothing about it.
