Pashan Lake is a symptom of how democracy has failed its citizens in India. The elected representatives and govt bureaucracy decides what they will work on with complete disregard to what citizens want. I have no idea how we can get the govt machinery work for citizens. @BunnyPunia Cost is issue. In maharshtra mumbai pune state transport ac bus is 700. While non ac is 400. So half the rate. Worse thing is ac bus is electric n still cost double of dieselbus.
