@virginmedia @BBCWatchdog Virgin Media do not care about there customers, they don't take serious complaints seriously! They take unauthorised monies then fail to refund ! They make it up as they go along. In other words please sort out my refund ASAP.

Hello Robert, it's disappointing to hear of the landline issues experienced given the importance of these to yourself. Is there currently an issue in your area reported here virg.in/servicechecker for the service? Is the account registered as vulnerable with us for additional support?

@virginmedia Your company is an absolute shambles, leaving vulnerable people without essential landlines because you insist the line must go through the router 2 x failed appointments, no promised phone calls back. Disgusting. @BBCWatchdog

19 days since @bookingcom STOLE £335.75 from my bank account, 17 since they admitted their error & promised it would be returned within 12 days. STILL no sign. Surely this is illegal? Now I’m being ignored. I’m begging you @bookingcom - I NEED that money back to pay bills etc!
