very happy to report that the new Onimusha has the SAUCE. Just finished recording my first time with the demo, so video will be up soon. Overall, combat is sick and satisfying. Level design is solid. I did find it pretty easy on the combat difficulty. Never died.

Look, the idea that everyone is pissed off because God of War: Laufey has a woman protagonist is just stupid. No one thinks that. They waited 8 years to get Kratos back and then got two fun games. They don't want a side story they want the next story. Would be just as annoyed if it was Atreus!

If the God of War Laufey game was instead about Thor post Ragnarok finding his worthiness again to wield Mjolnir & coming to terms with his failure & issues with Odin & he fought other gods & eventually became the Thunder god again I would be throwing money at the screen.
And you would call it God of Thunder & its its own spin off & Thor is fighting the Tibetan gods & such, yeah that would be a day one for me
