UPDATE: Just got out of court in Miami. The Judge extended the temporary restraining order until May 11th. There will be a ruling then.
The court is now asking me to surrender my firearms. See documents below.
We are filing an emergency interlocutory appeal today.
Prior restraint against a newsroom is unconstitutional. Near v Minnesota. NYT v United States. This is a violation of our 1st and 2nd amendment rights. We are filing an anti-SLAAP, seeking attorneys fees and will appeal all the way, if necessary.
The TRO is also based upon third party’s comments, not our reporting. Thats a “hecklers veto,” where the government suppresses or restricts news reporting because of the reaction of an audience.
This is regarding our reporting on Matt Tyrmand. We published a tape of him threatening to kill me. He shot up an image of me on the front of my book with a rifle bullet through my heart. He bragged about being a SDNY informant. Comments were angry at him. He just brought a “domestic violence stalking” Restraining order afterwards in Miami family court against my news organization, and the local Judge signed off. This is an extraordinary series of events. This is not an April Fools joke.

JUST NOW: Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Department just served me with a domestic violence restraining order from Matthew Tyrmand. The former board member from Project Veritas who said he wants to murder me…
Despite admitting multiple times on hidden camera wanting me dead, Matthew Tyrmand filed a restraining order against ME in Miami Dade County.
Saying such things as: “I would kill him [O’Keefe]. Because he is one of the most evil people I've ever known.”
He even shot up my book with rifle bullets through my heart on the cover. The audacity of evil has no bounds.

I used to be jealous of people who can buy cream top milk because it’s just not very available in my area.
My understanding is this is how all milk was sold back in the day.
Then it occurred to me: why not just put the cream back in?

My team, myself & @camhigby were just violently assaulted on Skid Row, my camera crew were punched in the neck and face, we were pepper sprayed, but thankfully just escaped. Some members of our team had to run 10 blocks to get out.

Circulators also instructed individuals to use fake addresses. “Oh, you can just fake an address.” Weingart Center, which received hundreds of millions in public funding, is on tape directing people to where the fraudulent petitioners are located, and directing homeless individuals to petitioners & coaching plausible deniability. “See they say ignorance is no excuse for the law. Intake coordinator Jason Warren told an undercover journalist exactly where and when to find them: “Most time they be right across the street, under that tree… Monday through Friday.” In 2016, nine individuals were arrested on Skid Row for exchanging cash and cigarettes for signatures; in 2019 they were charged on 14 counts under the exact same California Elections Code section. "The “fact checking” media created more mystery when they kept reporting a major water pipe burst at State Farm Arena where votes were tabulated for “the problem child.” Later “investigations” determined there was no major flood, only a urinal which overflowed and that it supposedly did not impact any ballots or impede counting.
But there is a most interesting television interview with a then-CBS 46 reporter and then director of Fulton County elections. The reporter stated that there were approximately 40,000 ballots at the arena during the “water main break” and that they would be counted the next morning.
Now here is the very curious part. In that same interview the Fulton election director goes on to state that the water issue “probably set us back three or four thousand ballots.” So even the overseer of the whole election was saying that a urinal puddle had set back what turned out to be a critical number of ballots from being counted on a timely basis.
What followed was a fiasco in which counting abruptly stopped around 10:30 pm and resumed later after Republican election observers and the media had left."

If I were in charge of the Fulton County elections and oversaw a clean, honest 2020 election, I’d let the Trump administration waste their time and publicly make a fool of themselves and see how Biden really won Georgia.
