@andyantiles_ How little life experience does one have to suggest buying 150-180 section 8 rentals with an inheritance that covers you for life. Bro- just pay the tax, enjoy life, and don’t deal with the police reports. Trust me.

Just got off a call with a guy who just got a $34m inheritance from his parents Not in real estate value… Not in stocks… But in cold hard cash. The kid is 23 and makes $200k/year as a software engineer Has no idea whatsoever what to do with this money What would you do with it? Here’s what I suggested (I’m not a financial advisor, and this is not financial advice) Invest $12.5m into $VOO (S&P500 ETF) Invest $12.5m into $QQQ (Nasdaq ETF) Buy a $5m primary residence in cash And with the last $5m, buy section 8 real estate properties. I connected him with the sourcing company I use, and over the next 12 months They’re going to source him 150-180 rental properties This will create enormous tax deductions that will eliminate his income tax for years And he’ll earn ~$600k-700k in annual recurring cashflow And the $5m he puts into down payments will turn into $25m of equity once the federal government pays off all the debt in 30 years Simple playbook to ensuring that $34m turns into multiple 9 figures and true generational wealth

@texasrunnerDFW If you’re going to be dramatic- at the very least be accurate. The first 3 years are not just interest. It might be majority interest - but not only interest.

On a $400,000 loan with an interest rate of 6.5% over 30 years, you will pay a total of $510,177.95 in interest You will pay more in interest than the purchase price of the home The first 3 years you live there, you’re just paying the bank Buy carefully, my friends

William Faulkner once said, “To understand the world, you must first understand a place like Mississippi.” This week I had a chance to test that principle for myself, including a visit to Faulkner’s home in Oxford, Mississippi. jonathanturley.org/2026/03/21/hot…

@Rory_Johnston Yall are unbearable. Driven by politics all the time trying to discredit Trump at every turn. It’s simple. Take the oil island- and it will not be difficult with air and naval superiority already achieved. And then turn the oil off until everyone agrees to securing the straight

@SportPsychTips For the most part - yes. But the number of coaches that have no business being around kids is growing and adults in charge should be quick to move these out. Enough negativity in the world so a kid should not have to show up to practice and be around a lazy negative coach,

Michael Saylor has literally the *least fraudulent* business model in the history of mankind. $MSTR does two things: raise capital and buy bitcoin. He clearly and openly states the statistics and performance underlying every single equity he has issued on his website. He clearly and openly delineates how he expects his equities to perform and the math behind them on his earnings calls. The only possible way he could be committing fraud is if he were not actually buying bitcoin with the capital he is raising, but the company is audited and third parties track likely addresses on an open blockchain. Literally any other company on the face of the planet has a higher likelihood of being fraudulent.

@0xReflection We will definitely find out in 114 years when the last bitcoin is mined. I don’t need a bitcoin. Nobody does. That’s its value. It will go to zero overnight once Apple or google introduces their “crypto coin” and there is actually a platform to use it.

@d_1awrence Sure. Love assets that are manipulated. It always ends well. It’s different this time. Because it’s a hedge- it’s a limited supply- it’s decentralized-it’s all on blockchain- it’s better than gold- it’s 114 years till we get the last one- it’s crazy. That’s what it is- crazy.

I remember the feeling back in October when Bitcoin hit an ATH of $126k and instantly snapped back down to $118k. It wasn't a feeling of confidence or euphoria. It was a feeling that something felt wrong & manipulation was in play. A few weeks later we were approaching $100k & it all but confirmed those feelings. I don't have that feeling now at $72k. Something's different. The math of what $MSTR & $STRC are doing and the impact of that is too much to be bearish or concerned. There's an inevitability that we're going to go higher. I'm calling it now - when we next get to an ATH, we will never dip below $100k ever again. The game has changed. The large capital is coming & waves. Over the next 18-24 months, we're going to experience the biggest run in Bitcoins history. Strap in! 🚀

In case your wondering what exactly this means: This "investor" is #BitcoinHalving personified, and the "annoucenment" is hard-wired into the code. An "investor" announcing a program to acquire 450 $BTC daily at the market price for the next four years and hold the asset forever would result in a significant and sustained demand for #Bitcoin over that period. This type of announcement would have a bullish effect on the Bitcoin market, as it implies a constant stream of buying pressure, potentially driving up the price. The subsequent increases in daily purchases to 675 $BTC in 2028 and 787.5 BTC in 2032 would further increase the buying pressure and would have an even more pronounced effect on the #Bitcoin price. This would attract other investors to follow suit and would lead to a positive feedback loop, where increasing demand leads to price appreciation, which in turn attracts more demand. Thus, short the dollar; buy BTC then borrow more dollars using existing BTC as collateral and use the newly borrowed inflated dollars to pay down old [pre-inflated] dollars (now worth less) and use the left over new (inflated) dollars to buy more BTC then borrow more dollars using BTC as collateral and use the newly borrowed inflated dollars to pay down old dollars... and on and on and on. Unlike any other known assets (including Stocks, Gold, and Real Estate), the reason this works is due to #BitcoinHalving. This guarentees deflation in the asset and you will only ever need to sustain debt payments for 4 years before another deflationary event occcurs and another massive run-up in the assets. It will be too late by the time the dinosaurs figure this out and make any changes to their investment strategies. S&P 100 soon, then top 10. @MicroStrategy @saylor

Good morning. The 20 millionth Bitcoin was mined yesterday. This means that 95% of all Bitcoin that will ever exist is now in circulation, and it will take 114 years to mine the remaining 5%. No other asset on earth works like this. Have a great day.
