Today is my 1 year anniversary of being appointed to the Senate, and as my team knows, I like to say that I’m an Ottawa Senator, just not the hockey kind. So to mark the occasion, they gifted me a new mug with my saying! 🏒🇨🇦

Over the last 8 years the @SenateCA has been hugely reformed, which is not well understood. Over 80% of sens are now independent. Bill C-234 puts the Upper House in the eye of the storm. This is how I see the New Senate doing its job. bit.ly/3GaHCPp

@CFIB Important request. Well done. To be fair you need to say whether you endorse federal deficit spending to do this. Too many ppl ask for fed spending while attacking deficits that result from the spending. We all need to be fair. As a Senator this is the question I will ask often!
